The most recent utilization of this application is a presentation application for the WHSCC in Newfoundland who is in the progress of introducing a new online system for managing and handling online submissions of claims. The challenge in this case is assisting WHCSS to convince their clients to change their business practices so that it lessens uncertainty and maximizes uptake. The solution is to develop a short but effective presentation that guides WHCSS’s client through the extent of the online form and advise them of aspects that are essential to successful completion. The client should come away with the impression that the system is simple to use and adds significant benefits over and above their current approach to submitting their claims information.

Critical Fusion worked with the client through the entire process by assisting to develop a concise objective-based script that was clear and focused. On final approval of the script, voice-over was professional recorded and integrated into the application.
