It has a wealth of information for gardeners both in schools and out, yet it remains useful for non-gardening teachers looking for ideas for teaching plant science, nutrition and food in general. The activities are appropriate and nicely open ended. It is also a splendid resource for a novice (or any) teacher to use as a template for lesson and unit planning. Furthermore, the layout is rich and engaging and the teacher quotations are inspiring.
